1. Pricing and Bookings

We offer economic pricing on our products and convenience of booking through online channels. The published rates on website may change without prior notice particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance. A confirmation for booking is indicating that customer has agreed terms and purchased our products.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept cash payment or bank transfer and deposit in our company bank accounts and credit card payment for online purchase after confirmation. As service provided by merchant, we accept in office almost all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express etc.

3. Confirmation of Payment

After complete the transaction our travel consulate will provide receipts of your payment by hand or by email. The receipt will be used an evidence of payment to the related service or product purchase from our website or in office.

4. Product Cancellation policy

4.1 Air tickets products purchased from us will be liable to use airlines fare rules as terms and applicable charges for modification of reservation and change of taxes. The flight cancelled by airlines will be rebooked by airlines call center.

4.2 Trip cancelled/ amended 48 hours prior to confirm time will be done free of cost on subject to availability on new dates. Trip cancelled/amended within 24 to 48 hours prior will be charges 50% as cancellation charges. Trip cancelled/amended 24 hours prior will be charges 100% as no show.

5. Itinerary Amendments Policy

Tour itinerary and services covered in package are subject to change based on local weather conditions and airlines schedules. The customer will be provided suitable option before departure as per new availability on similar price. Refund will not be provided for unforeseen circumstance like flood earthquake.

7. Hotel Accommodation Policy

Check in and Checkout policy will be application as per Hotel policy, in case of not available room’s customer will be provided accommodation in similar budget and standard hotel. We do not take any responsibility for early in or late check at hotel.

8. Travel Insurance Rules

We advise to purchase travel insurance policy to safe trip which included medical emergency, loss of passport, baggage lost or delay, accident and injury and cancellation of trip. avontrip.com will not be responsible for any of above.

9. Visitors Travel Documents

Before planning any type of international travel customer are request to check their visa eligibility, ID cards and passport validity. It is also advisable to get information from embassy/consulate for procedure of emergency. The travel documents are totally responsibility of every guest. No refund will be provided if any trip cancellation due to lake of proper travel documents.
